Hello Everyone, meet again with me here. This time I will bring a summary of information technology in the world of Cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency has recently begun to rise in popularity even in some cryptocurrency countries began in legend by the government as currency for goods and services transactions, as in Japan, Bitcoin in this country has been legislated by its own government. Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology have provided many benefits in many industries. 

In the current labor market, billions of dollars are lost yearly as a result of incompatibility between employees and employers. The current infrastructure of the labor market simply isn’t practical, both parties are expected to work together for years after only a few initial interactions. This could be a lead factor as to why in 2017, 85% of all job hirings were driven by connections causing millions of companies to miss out on the right candidate.

There simply isn’t any transparency between the two parties, and employers have all the control. We imagine a world where the labor market can no longer be run by politics. A world where employees and employers can interact whenever, wherever, and with who ever while ensuring safety for both parties.

On this chance, i will give you information about Krow Network - A Global Labor Platform Intending To Redesign The Job Market.

Introducing 

Krow Network is a global work platform that wants to redesign the job market. The Krow Network is a platform that stores and logs all interactions between employers and employees seamlessly through the integration of blockchain technology. But the Krow Network is so much more.

The Krow Network intends to redesign the way in which the current job market works. By storing all interactions that occur on our platform onto its own unique ledger, we look to create complete transparency between employers and employees, allowing each party to see ratings as well as every prior interaction they've ever made.

No longer will there ever be missing pieces to an individual or company's resume, and all interactions (including the bad ones) will all be stored onto an individual/company's own smart resume along with a rating left by the opposite party allowing for complete transparency between a company and potential employee. Upon signing up on our platform, every individual or company receives their own unique smart resume as well as a Krow security number which ties the individual down to only that account, and prevents fraud as that number will be used for all verification on the site.

Using double verification, we will be able to only allow 1 smart resume to any individual and up to 5 for any individual starting a company on the platform. This prevents any spam accounts to ever find themselves on the platform, as they would be tarnishing themselves.

The platform allows employers and employees to be connected based off specific skill matches, while keeping in mind the strength of each individual’s smart resume.

These smart resumes hold every interaction a user ever performs on the platform along with individual ratings based off the interaction. Smart resumes are shared to each party upon application, where they can see every interaction the user has ever performed on the platform with its own rating left by their counterparty. The good, the bad and everything in between.

We are currently in the process of hiring new programmers, and hope to introduce them in our next edition. For right now, we have attained our lead developer, and are beginning to map the complete process to the network. We are beginning with programming the application soon, and have completely redesigned our resources.

The purpose of the job market application is the widespread expansion of job information online to job seekers, employers and other stakeholders. Benefits of information:

1. Can provide actual job information to job seekers, employers and other stakeholders. 

2. Getting actual job information in accordance with the needs of the world of work. 

3. As a preliminary information to enter the world of work. 

4. Can adjust the requirements needed with the competencies that must be owned by job seekers in order to get a job.

Smart Resumes

When first signing up for the platform, every individual will be given their own unique Krow security number as well as their personal smart resume. This resume will track all paychecks that come in and out based on the individual's interactions with companies. 

Every individual will be able to create their own company, but in order to prevent spam the creation of company resumes will be limited. Once a user is on the platform, they can send their smart resume to companies as an application for a job. 

Companies will be able to sort through various smart resumes and find the perfect fit for their job. Once the task is complete or the time interval has finished, a paycheck will be processed through a double verification. Once both individuals verify their satisfaction with the interaction and leave their rating on the opposite party's paycheck, the paychecks will be sent and ratings will be displayed on the user's smart resume. 

ICO Status

We are now exactly 17 days into our ICO, and have raised about 7 ETH. We are currently offering a 100% bonus on our token, at a rate of 1.5 million tokens per ethereum. Our token is a standard ERC20 token, and is compatible with any ethereum wallet.

This token will be offered with an initial bonus, featuring three separate tiers for our funding goals. Upon launch, we are offering a 100% bonus for early investors, until we reach 500 ETH raised. Then it will continue to 50% until our soft-cap is reached (3,000 ETH), and finally 25% and 10% bonuses during the conclusion of our sale.
